Help?? Milk Duct? Cyst?

So I’ve had this bump for over a year now on my breast. I didn’t have insurance to cover so that’s why I never checked up on it and I used to have one on my other breast but that one went away. I had my daughter 3 years ago and I never breastfed her but there were times were I would just squeeze the milk out of my boobs or milk would leak from my boobs. I’ve posted a post like this similar and someone said it could be a swollen gland while someone else said it could be a milk duct . I recently squeezed my boob yesterday and milk came out of the boob with the bump. I’m thinking that this is a milk duct that I never squeezed out but I’m not too sure . I don’t know why else I would still have milk coming out of my boob. Again , I’ve never breastfed before and it’s been 3 years since I had my daughter.
