Doctors appointment at 34 wks 4 days

Most stressful freaking doctors appointment ever! It took the doctor like 10 minutes and a Doppler change to find her heartbeat. I could see the panic come across his face and asked if I had any movement that day. I said I had and I could feel her well he was checking for a heartbeat.

Last two appointments I had, doctor said she was sitting “oddly low” for a first time mom, normally that’s just when people are on their second pregnancy etc. well today babies damn heartbeat was way up above my belly button.

So he thought she was breach, he had to check her position (super painful btw) and her head is down, but her whole self is sitting high in my belly. He said normally their heads are in the pelvis by now so they can’t change positions.

Home girl is still sitting super high so she can move where ever her little heart desires. So he said he’ll check again at 36 weeks and we may need to have a “serious discussion” (c section) but that’s probably why I feel her all over the place. I wonder if that means she’s small?

About four days later, I checked again with my own Doppler, and could only pick up her heartbeat above my belly button. Maybe she’s just in there nice a cozy for the long haul 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
