Help!!
I used to have an eating disorder for nearly two years and for about half of this year I’ve been struggling to eat like I can’t eat a piece of Toast without feeling like I’m going to throw up. It’s so difficult. But then other times I can eat like 3 boxes of pizza but then the next day I go without eating for a week again. I’m not sure if I still have an eating disorder but can someone please give me advice of what to do
