Help please

So July 9 I got methotrexate for an ectopic pregnancy and I haven’t been doing the absolute best recently, feeling super weird and off my boobs hurt so bad I adjusted my t shirt and it barely went across my boobs the other night and I started to tear up been craving sooooo many different sweets as well. I had a period last around August 15th or so. I was thinking uh oh my boobs haven’t hurt like this since I was pregnant , so I got a few tests last night. I took the cheapie at 8:34 and the two first response at 10:34 last night. Any reason why I got a slight dye stealer on the first response and the other line test isn’t like that? I read the cheapies take more HCG to pick it up that first response but I’m a little concerned. My partner and I didn’t necessarily try and have only had sex twice since the whole situation happened. I’m honestly worried it could just be the start of some tumors growing that give off the pregnancy hormone and rapidly increase. It isn’t very uncommon to develop a cancer or tumors after receiving chemo and having an ectopic pregnancy. 😢
