Does your child throw things to?

Do I just let them? Or how do I stop it? It just started happening.

My daughter throws food. I’m convinced it’s the worst thing ever 😂 Just saying “no” wasn’t working. So we started taking the tray away when she threw food and gave a stern no. Then offering it back. If she did it again, she was all done. 
Could you apply that towards toys or whatever else? Take it away and say no, then try again? I think it’s probably just them discovering that they can throw.

He’s been throwing stuff for like half his life now 🤣 we used to have to watch out bc we’d get whacked in the head with toys 😅 if it’s something I really don’t want him throwing I’ll say “we don’t throw this” and show him how to play with it. Doesn’t always work though, so in that case I would just hide it or distract him to play with something else

I say no but mostly she seems to do it to get my attention so ignoring makes her stop
