AFP levels high

Has anyone here had their afp levels for spina bifida come back high. I even had my high risk dr do my anatomy growth scan and they didn’t mention it only thing they saw was mci for my cord insertion. They said everything else looked fine. But then I got a phone call afterwards saying my blood work came back high for it.

Has anyone had something like this happen? I’m guessing they would have seen something if I was a regular or especially a bad case on ultrasound looking at her spin and stuff.
