Would you go to the ER

So I have HG I went to the hospital today to do iv fluids which I do every other day. I got 2 bags of fluid and Zofran at 1:30-4 I felt so sick before and after. I threw up 3 times before and 5 after. I can’t keep anything down. No drink. No food. I took my medicine and threw it up immediately. I’m in bed and my husband got me some pizza crust cause that sounded good. I’m trying to decide if I should go to the er or no. I hate being dramatic but I’ve thrown up 8 times since noon. Plus 2 “acid spit ups” i was admitted last month and feel worse than I did then. But it’s 8:30 and near impossible to find any dr to talk to. 😭
