Fluctuating Hcg... help? 😬

I had an ultrasound on 11 September (5+6) and it showed a yoke sac. I had another ultrasound on 16 September (6+4) and not much has changed but it did get a little bit bigger. Is it possible to stop growing for a day or two then start again? I’m so confused. I think it’s going to end up a MC. Any stories or advice?

Mine dropped from 25k to 22k then up to 33k before and I went on to have a healthy baby boy. But baby always kept growing. I feel like by 6 weeks and 4 days you should see a baby and heartbeat. Maybe you're not as far along yet? I'm not sure but praying for a good outcome hon

At my 6+4 weeks ultrasound they couldn't find a fetal pole and could only see gestational sack. I was panicked. But was told I was just in there a bit early and to try not to stress. 
When in again at 10+2 weeks and sure enough there was bubba moving around measuring perfectly with 154 bpm. 
I'm now 13+6 weeks and still going good. Hope this helps! Xxx
