Moxibustion and acupuncture

I had my usual weekly acupuncture session today (I’m convinced this is what helped me conceive after 2 years) anyway it wasn’t my usual lady and had another who performed this moxibustion with warm herbs at the top of my stomach on needles. I’m 7 weeks so just nervous about everything I do just now! Has anyone had this so early on?
