Do you wash your baby's face with soap?

If so what kind? Just the same body soap? My husband has pretty irritated cheeks and it appears my son is going the same route. Id like to wash his face but I'm not sure if I should be using a certain soap.

Just bath water or I wipe it down with wet wipes once he is done eating.

I used goat milk soap its really hydrating and gets them squeaky clean without drying their skin out!

I just wash it with water (and any residual soap that is in the bath water). I use diaper wipes every night before bed as well because I don’t bath him everyday.

If he’s dirty from eating I use a wipe but in bath we just let his face get wet as we rinse hair and all. I don’t specifically wash his face with soap or anything.

We don’t wash it unless it’s gotten dirty from eating during the day. But when we do we use the same soap we wash her hair and body with. We actually use an all natural soap brand because she’s super sensitive to fragrance. So far it’s been fine on her face.

We use whatever baby wash is in the bathroom. Right now it’s the newborn cotton touch by Johnson and Johnson. I think we are just trying to use it up lol previously it was the menthol soothing one which smells amazing BUT when he gets his teething rash, I only use the cotton touch lotion of his cheeks, nothing else.
