Orgasms and placenta previa

I was diagnosed with complete placenta previa at 20 weeks. Dr. said the biggest part of the placenta isn't covering the cervix though. My doctor didn't mention pelvic rest, but when I asked about it, he said yes that would be best. I get why i cant have penetration but why not masturbation? I have Braxton hicks contractions daily, i don't see how those could be any less harmful than the uterine contractions from orgasm. I haven't had any bleeds so far. Any information on this?
