Any suggestions????

I wanted to pack very light and simple for my hospital bag (only essentials) but I feel as if I’m missing something... do you guys have any suggestions?? I want to be prepared but don’t wanna overpack as well. This is my list.

I think you overpacked. Depending on what your hospital provides, baby only needs an outfit to leave in and the car seat. Baby will stay naked and swaddled the whole time (for easier exams) and baby doesnt need mittens. Most hospitals give baby a hat.
I wouldnt bother bringing shower stuff (except the hair tye and chapstick) with you unless you have sensitive skin or allergies and NEED a certain brand. The hospital stuff is fine to use and you likely won't be taking a full shower during your stay. I'd also ditch the underwear. Youll leave in the panties and pads they give you.

I personally would rather overpack than not have enough. My husband and I ended up running out of clothes whenever we had our first born. Little babes tend to have accidents or they pee all over you and outfits easily get ruined. I recommend having at least 3-4 outfits for your child. I also recommend a variety of pants for yourself because you will never know what will be comfy. I found that my cotton leggings from Walmart were the comfiest thing during postpartum. If you're unsure if you forgot something i recommend watching "what's in my hospital bag" videos on YouTube and searching lists on Pinterest!

It depends on what you want to do at the hospital and how long you'll be staying. 
Typical for vaginal is 24-48 hrs here. 
I packed for baby 2 sleepers, one "going home outfit", mittens (winter babies), blanket for the car, car seat cover, wipes (hospital wipes suck here), pacifier, nipple shield, lanolin cream and socks.
For myself, I brought travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. That first shower after labour is heavenly. Hair ties, phone and charger, slippers (floors are damn cold), your own maternity pads (they're thinner and more comfortable, I find), panties for when you go home, an oversized nightgown, my own "going home" outfit (which was pajamas, after my first kid lol), a nursing bra, my breastfeeding pillow, SNACKS!!!!, deodorant, hairbrush, toothbrush and travel toothpaste.

I packed maternity PJs that I wore for the rest of my stay. Depends are also great instead of using the mesh panties (I added a pad inside those). I brought my own blanket and am glad I did because I was freezing at night. 
Everyone’s different but I brought shower soaps too and got in, felt exhausted and sore, and called for my husband to help me get out. All I did was wet half my body and realized I couldn’t do it.

I brought my nursing pillow and was happy I did. I think I also brought another outfit to wear in the hospital, but honestly you'll have so much to leave with, you won't want much! Your list looks great!
