Anyone feel this pain??

I have been having pain on my lower back & it goes down my right leg. Excruciating pain, like shooting pain 😩😩

I got this pain after my first pregnancy and it has only gotten worse. It is your sciatic nerve. You can do stretches and yoga and it will give you relief.  Mine is going on 4 years and it feels it has gotten worse.. Back rubs and icy hot do a great job to!

Sounds like static nerve. I get it if I sit too long or stand too long (can't win). It's just when that specific nerve in your hip/back gets pinched and should cause any problems really. It just sucks cause it hurts but try hot compress etc on the bottom of your back and make sure to not sit or stand too long. Mine passes when i balance those two better.
