Up in the middle of the night?

Question

My daughter will be 11 months on the 1st and last night she was up for four hours crying. FOUR HOURS! Nothing would soothe her besides me holding her. She usually sleeps through the night, puts herself to sleep independently, and takes good naps. 
What the heck?! Anyone else’s little one doing something similar?

My son will be 10 months tomorrow and I can count on my one hand the number of nights he has slept from 7p-6a. He has never been a good sleeper, but recently he had fevers for 3 days (hot him checked out, doc said it was most likely due to teething) and since then he won't take a bottle in one go anymore and I can't lay him down and leave the room like I used to. I have to be in there until he falls asleep or he will shriek for like an hour. It's exhausting. Last night he went to bed at 7p, woke up because my daughter started crying at like 8ish, put him back down at 9, then he woke up at 11, 2, 3, 3:10, had my husband and I walking him around and cuddling him until like 4:20. Every time he fell asleep in our arms and we tried to put him back in the crib he'd start crying again. Then he was up for the day at 5. I got about 3 and a half hours of sleep last night. I am EXHAUSTED and my husband is at work from 11am to 11pm so it's me with an almost 10 month old and a 2.5 year old by myself.

My son is going through a leap and teething! It’s been really rough the past few days. He normally wake up 1x to eat and he has been waking up 2-3x instead and his naps have been 30-45min when usually he takes one 1.5-2hr nap in the morning and then a 45min-1hr nap in the afternoon. It’s been hard few days. You’re not alone. We will get through this.
