Pregnant after miscarriage with no period in between

Has anyone found out they were pregnant after having a miscarriage with no period in between? I found out I was pregnant August 17th and miscarried the 23rd-26th. They checked my levels on the 1st and they were back down to nearly zero and my ob said my miscarriage completed, it was my third miscarriage this nearly past year so he said we can change your prenatal appointment to an consultation about the next steps moving forward with testing and hopefully having a good outcome. Something told me to just take a test tonight because 1) I’ve been extremely constipated which isn’t normal for me 2) My sex drive basically disappeared this past week (also unusual) 3) I haven’t started another period since my miscarriage (should have been nearly any day based off my past experiences). So yeah I’m completely freaking out right now😭😫
