6 weeks and having symptoms -normal?

Hi all.I'm 35 years old and about 6 weeks at along and this week have been experiencing intermittent dull lower back pain, minor cramps, and pink discharge very light only when I wipe. Is all of this normal or should I be concerned?

I'm 6 weeks as well and still not having much symptoms besides frequent urine thirsty and going to bed much earlier than usual this will be my second and with my first I couldn't work for nothing was always sick but with this one I'm totally lucky not sick able to work full of energy BUT PREGNANT! Very pregnant! So don't worry yourself your just one of the lucky one be thankful!
