Haaka, Velcro swaddles*much easier*, zip up or magnet pajamas only. 
Also anything you know you really want. Personally I got stuff people told me I NEEDED like a Boppy pillow(I received 2 and it wasn't even on my registry) and I've literally almost never used them

I’m on baby number 3 and got my first baby carrier. One of the best gifts I got.

Boppy lounger!!!!! I have a regular boppy and never use it. But the lounger my son lives in.

The only things I really used from my registry are a booger sucker, simba nail scissors, a flannel swaddle and diaper garbage sacks (which isn’t necessary at all but I love being able to toss dirty diapers in them and bot worry about my entire car stinking while we are out and about! Also great for dirty outfits!)
