Polysporin on vaginal stitches?

Hi ladies I was just wondering I gave birth a few weeks ago and i had to get stitches 😩anyways everything is seeming to be healing fine but my stitches still seem to bother me a little bit as expected, but I was wondering if you can put polysporin on the area to help the healing process. I also notice I think my pads are irritating the area as well from friction as I’m able to move around more now

Using squirt bottle with warm salty water regularly helped me, or even warm water will do every-time you go to the toilet  Also if you can try to stay with not pad or under wear for few hours also helps. Paracetamol and ibuprofen was my go to every 4 hours. I had stitches from a tear and episiotomy was horrible but it gets better. And also I put some pads in the freezer and wrapped it up with paper towel also helps

I didn't put any on mine after either birth. I just kept them clean. I'd ask your OB before putting anything on them.
