Starting a food diary
I would love to start a keto diet and feel I should start somewhere 🙄 I've started a food diary to see if there's anywhere I can improve with my eating first.
With keto you're not supposed to count calories but normally I try and consume less than 1200 calories to lose about 2 lb a week..
Can anybody help me figure out how many calories that I'm supposed to eat on keto... Just to stop the anxiety of having like 35 calories left in the day normally...
