I’m 36 weeks this week and I’m just getting into baby time mode so I’m curious.. what are you doing to prep your body for labor?
Things I’ve started this week include raspberry leaf tea, meditations, breathing techniques, and I try to roll around on an exercise ball to open the hips up.
