Water Leaking or Discharge??

Since earlier today (and yesterday but it wasnt as noticable) I've just felt like the discharge is out of control. Tmi warning, usually it's a bit thicker and noticable, but now I just feel constantly wet. It's not enough to go thru to my pants, but the undies are noticeably wet. It's not pee as I've gone a lot today and itll happen as I walk out the the bathroom. I have my OB appointment tomorrow but I'm wondering what to do now. I have a pad on and I'm waiting to see how that turns out, but should I call the hospital just in case? Even if I'll see the doctor tomorrow? I dont have a car so taking the bus to the hospital for nothing would be inconvenient.
