I had this at 6 weeks 4 days and went to ER on the advice of my doctor to get checked out because I’ve had a prior miscarriage. I had 2 tiny tiny hemorrhages from where the baby implanted. It was old blood from these hemorrhages. It went away in a few hours and we’re pretty sure the hemorrhages have healed up. Baby was fine at last ultrasound and heart was beating at 121. I go back on Thursday to make sure everything is still good. 
If you are concerned, I would say reach out to your doctor and see what they think.
