This has been such an emotional rollercoaster.....

So yesterday I went and had my HSG test done. I took my ibuprofen and valium as I was supposed to. I went in thinking "everything is gonna go great" and at first everything was.

The test showed my adenomyosis hasn't spread any more (which is fantastic) and my left fallopian tube is open and functioning as normal.

Here's the bad part. When the contrast tried spilling into my right fallopian tube we had problems. My right fallopian tube is completely blocked and essentially useless. So I only pretty much have 1 working tube. (NOT to mention it was SUPER PAINFUL) My RE said we can try Letrozole for a few months and if that doesn't work move onto IVF. I burst out in tears right there in the office and cried with my fiance all the way home. We've decided to try the Letrozole first. Has anyone taken this fertility med before? Any insight will be much appreciated. Thanks Ladies. Baby dust 🥰
