Who else is scared to test?

Question

I'm terrified to test. I'm 10 DPO today. I want to but I really just don't want to see a negative test which probably will happen. Doesn't help my birthday is Saturday and I don't want that disappointment right now.

UPDATE!!! 
Bad news😔 AF showed up 2 days early. Been spotting since Monday so I had a feeling this wasn't our month but prayed and prayed I was wrong. But new cycle so we'll try again. I'm getting a consult for a fertility specialist, my husband already has been to one and he's good to go. So my turn... but in the mean time, I'll stick to my vitamins, get more exercise and just try to relax. I pray everyone gets their BFP!!!

Period due in 4 days, I’m always terrified to test because of the disappointments I get with ongoing negative tests. Just want my miracle baby! Baby dust to us all ✨

I caved and tested last night and this morning. I could've sworn I seen a EXTREMELY ffffl on both but it could be a evap line. I tried to take a picture but you can't see it at all... And I've been having brown spotting the last few days so you knows... I want to retest but thinking to just wait and see if AF shows. Since it's my birthday this weekend, I'm trying hard to not disappoint myself and ruin my day cuz my husband tries so hard to make my day special. This shouldn't be so stressful...

I tested this morning and got a BFN but I’m 2 days late. Is that even possible? I was more than positive I would get a positive.
