Is this normal? Super confused!

Last night at 9pm i had an opk reading at .3 (low) on premom.
This morning at 8 am i had an opk reading .75 (low) with premom.
Then at 10:30 am I got this 2.21 with premom
But now, at 11:45 I have this...
Reading at a .45 again...
Could my surge actually have been that quick? Diluted urine making it super negative again? I'm so confused....
