Cramps/Pain right after period

I have been experiencing some mild to moderate cramps and lower back pain since my regular 7 day long period ended 3 days ago. It was a little bit heavier this month but it wasn’t much of a change from my normal period. The cramps are where I would think my right ovary is and they come pretty frequently but they aren’t nonstop. I usually ovulate on day 17/18 of my regular cycle and I am only on day 10 so I don’t think it’s ovulation pain. Has anyone experienced this before? Thank you for your help!
