What does no heartbeat mean?

So im 6 weeks 3 days i had an early ultrasound check and the doc said there is not fetal heartbeat found.. im confused as to what does this mean? He said i should give it two weeks and chek again? 
Am i misscarying my rainbow baby😭?

I’m not trying to get your hopes up because it could go either way, praying for a healthy pregnancy, but my doctors office won’t even check for a heartbeat until 10 weeks. They say it’s unreliable before that. It could definitely be way to early to tell yet.

what you said is what it means ... the baby dosent have a detectable heartbeat yet ... so either it should by now or it’s too early... and your doc is re checking in a couple weeks and in two weeks they baby should have grown or heartbeat by then and they can tell if the pregnancy is viable then

Too early to detect! Stop worrying and let that baby grow!!! Your next appt will most likely detect the HB but you won’t be able to hear it yet. Also, don’t be scared to ask the dr questions!!
