Do you think I ovulated?

This is currently my second cycle doing IUI. I did femara days 3-7, gonal-f injections on cycle days 9 & 11. My doctor decided I did not need to use ovidrel this cycle because I got a peak ovulation test without it. (I used ovidrel my first cycle.) I had my serum progesterone test yesterday and it was only 11.1. It was 23.2 my first cycle. They like it to be at least 18, but said that anything over 10 indicates ovulation. I am using progesterone suppositories. The nurse said it is possible I didn’t ovulate, but told me to keep doing the progesterone suppositories just in case. In your opinion, do you think I ovulated? No sore boobs or nipples even with the progesterone suppositories.
