I am about 4.5 weeks along. I have a shorter cycle so I found out right at 3w. So no symptoms yet. I had a little cramping the first week but that’s all. Does anyone else feel like they are going to go for their first appointment thinking they were pregnant to find out they arnt?

Also, if this actually happened to you or you had a miss carriage I respectfully request that you not share that experience. Looking for encouragement not horror stories.
