Red dot on breast ?

Hi I’m 18 years old and recently noticed my boobs have been itchy and hurts a little and then i noticed this red dot. I don’t know if the hurting and itching is due to my period since I’m on it right now but the dot is concerning me. My aunt has breast cancer and idk if I’m just psyching myself out.
