Sti rash??

So I have it had sex since the beginnnig of January, but I know some things lay dormant for a while. I have these little red spots that have been popping up all over my body, they are itchy. I’m going to get tested for anything sexually transmitted, I am honestly terrified but just curious what does this look like to you guys? I dont think anything bit me lately, I don’t have many allergies.
