This is my third pregnancy and I lost the other two this year. I cant trip worrying about it being an ectopic. I dont have bleeding or spotting, no shoulder pain or dizziness. But I do have lower back pain. I'm currently 5 weeks 3 days.

I also have dull ache that comes and goes on my left side but it's not exactly pinpointed where my ovary is.

My worry is cause I k ow I ovulated on my left since I took Femara so I had monitored cycles. So I'm thinking the egg got stuck in my left tube?

Anyone who has gone through an ectopic who can describe what they felt?
