I was supposed to be 9 weeks and some days pregnant but started to bleed Monday night. It could have been a bleed from a sub chorionic hematoma that we saw at my last ultrasound, but my dr wanted me to come in.

Unfortunately the baby stopped growing and had no heartbeat. The crazy/ironic thing is it must have stopped growing almost the same day or right after my 1st ultrasound.

I don’t like the unexpected, so I’m going to have a D&C this morning. It’s the most efficient way to make sure the miscarriage completes, and I really don’t want to wait around for heavy bleeding to start - especially since I teach and have small children at home.
