Just need some prayers

2020 Is just not my year. Quick overview, we started TTC in January, conceived triplets in April. Had a MMC and D&C At the end of May. Two weeks ago I went to a new doctor who is looking into my MC and why I still haven’t conceived yet. She ran about 15 different blood tests to look at all my clotting factors etc. I had an ultrasound as well which appeared I have mild PCOS and what looks like a polyp in my uterus.

Tomorrow morning I have a scheduled SHG to look at my ovaries and determine if there is a polyp and if it needs to be removed.

I really pray the polyp just disappeared on my period and is not a concern, and I pray nothing else is super serious. I really hope she’s able to get some simple answers and we’re able to go on to conceive in the next month or two, because every month that passes just crushes me. Please keep me in your prayers for good news tomorrow, and If you have any similar stories please tell them!
