MAJOR TMI POST

Okay so major TMI. I just gave birth almost 3 weeks ago but was checked by my doctor because I felt like my cervix was still really low. Anyways, my cervix was fine but I came back positive for BV. Anyways I was prescribed a gel that you insert, I’ve been done with postpartum bleeding for a while but this keeps coming out since using the gel. It’s thick and tissue like so I know it’s not the medicine but I don’t know what this is.
