Need a little help please comment

So I took 3 test the other day and all three came out positive then yesterday I went to the doctor and they told me it was negative I woke up this morning and took another test and it was positive so keep the doctors won’t be wrong I’m going to make an appointment to get blood work done but I’m just a little confused
