Teething four month old.

My little man is getting two molars! 😭 these are his first teeth to start to appear and he is in so much freaking pain it kills me! 🥺 I’ve literally tried so many teething toys and none of them are able to reach that far back without gagging him... I’ve resulted to giving him “little remedies infant fever and pain reliever”... I literally don’t even know what to do anymore... I’m so exhausted all the time because all he does is cry! Of course he has his happy moments when he’s not in pain, but the majority of the time he’s fussing...

Is there any other mamas that can possibly help me out 😓
