Hungry but don’t want any food

What are you ladies able to eat? 7 week 4 days. Hungry. Not really nauseous per se but no food makes me say ‘yea, I want to eat that’ and drinking water isn’t even appetizing if that makes sense.

I feel like I’m starving my baby...but legit don’t want to eat anything so then I end up so hungry that my only options end up being unhealthy fast food or take out.
