I feel like crying I went to the store this women was so tall skinny pretty like a model. She had a baby strapped to her chest baby carrier, had two more kids like 3 & 5 yrs old. She was shopping successfully kids well behaved.

I couldn't I was like what how does she do it tell me

How do you guys feel motivated to feel pretty start workouts and mentally get it together
