Marriage counseling
My husband and I have our first marriage counseling appt. Instead of in person, it’s over video chat which is making me more anxious for some reason.
I’m very nervous. I have extreme social anxiety and I’m not used to opening up to people, let alone a stranger.
Can anyone give me a little bit of what to expect during the first appointment?
