If you got a ultrasound up the woo, could they tell if it was more than one ? Just Wondering.

got an ultrasound at 7 weeks 1 day up there like they stuck this thing which was very cold up my woo and I was a little confused because I didn't think that was possible but they didn't let me hear the heartbeat neither so I was just wondering. They did say the baby was healthy and had a strong heartbeat though. Personally thought that was so unfair, they heard it and I didn't.

You don't hear a heartbeat on an ultrasound. You can see it. When you are further along the doctor will use a Doppler to listen to it.

You can, I heard my baby at 6wks via vaginal ultrasound. It was 170!

No you can hear it over the ultrasound machine.

You can see more when you get a vaginal ultrasound so it's a clearer more accurate picture then getting one on your tummy. I don't know why but most  times they don't let you hear heartbeat till second trimester .
