If you really want to maximize your chances of pregnancy, you should be tracking cervical fluid and having sex about every other day (or every day) of your fertile window, starting when your cm switches from infertile to fertile. By the time you get a positive or peak OPK, your most fertile days are likely already over, since your best chances are in the 2-3 days before ovulation.

i had sex 3 days, a day before i got my positive, the day of my positive, and then the next day! i got pregnant :) it’s good to track w OPKS and check cervical mucus, i knew i was gonna be ovulating soon bc i ovulate early like a couple a days after period and had creamy cm which turned into egg white cm. during your fertile window make sure your partner isn’t masturbating during that time. good luck to you!! ❤️

I was told by my doctor if you’re tracking try the days leading up to peak and on peak fertility that way when the egg drops hopefully there’s already sperm there. Idk how right or wrong that is but worked for us 🤪🤷🏼‍♀️
