New to knitting , any tips and websites (free patterns)?

Question

I’m not sure this is the right group, but I didn’t know where else to post. 
I decided to try something new and just started knitting. This is my second project, first was an infinity scarf for my daughter. What do you guys think? Does it look wearable? I know there are much more interesting patterns, but they looked too intimidating for now 😆
I would appreciate any constructive criticism, tips and tricks, and website recommendations 😊

Hey a cool cool pattern I found is called Kulshan. It can be found as a free PDF on Pinterest and other websites that are easier to get too. I’m currently working on one:)

I've heard really good things about Ravelry. They have both free and for sale knit and crochet patterns. 
I still prefer Pinterest because I feel it's easier for me to "window shop" for patterns but plenty link back to blogs and Ravelry. And I use YouTube for specific stitches because I never learned to read patterns so I'm trying to learn now. 
If there's something specific, sometimes you can find step by step video tutorials on YouTube.
