need opinions!

so my boyfriend and i have been talking since april and he officially asked me out in july and it’s been so hard especially during this pandemic to keep the relationship going but anyways he told me to comment on his insta post and i didn’t want to be too over the top so i put “all me” and i just found out that he deleted it. he’s posted me before on his snap but him deleting my comment makes me think something else. he always says im acting up and accusing him of things falsely but what do you guys think?? i’m bad at confronting and there’s been past complications before so it makes me wonder. help a girl out
