Lots of cramps
3 months and no period. This is the first time I ever gone this long from a period with my pcos i usually go 2 3 weeks without a period but 3 months is strange I've been having so much cramps lately. Very uncomfortable feels like period cramps but then again it's on my left side around my pelvic bone, then some times I have the cramps in my back and tigh area
