So I love where I work at currently and my boss is awesome and is very flexible if I need to go pick up my son or leave early or whatever I can do so. I also work M-Thursday which is great. But I know I could make more somewhere else and possibly have benefits instead of paying for mine out of pocket. So my question is what's more important...a work environment that isn't stressful and is extremely flexible or making more and working more hours? I am pregnant with baby #2 and I'm sure the father will help but not putting him in the picture right now. So take that into consideration too...could be a single parent here. My son is covered by insurance from his father so he's ok. It's me who pays for my own out of pocket.
