How many of you guys had low hgc and your last period doesn’t add up to how low your hgc is and had a healthy pregnancy ?

I found out in Monday I was pregnant the lines were faint so I water two days to retest again I retested yesterday and noticed that the lines were a bit darker. So I was having some pains in my left ovary so I decided to go to the emergency room. And they asked me how far along I was and I said 5 weeks 1. Day which would be accurate because my last period was on August 18. They did a sonogram they didn’t see anything and then the blood work confirmed I was pregnant but my hgc was at 291 they told me it’s a possibility I could have ovulate late but I don’t know how true that is being I had sex once this month two days before my ovulation! I’m worried that it’s a miscarriage
