my baby sounds mucusy

Hi everyone, so yesterday my baby woke up with a stuffy nose but I noticed he had two huge boogers in each nostril so I took them out and it seemed to solve the problem.. but later on I noticed he still sounded mucusy/congested but no boogers in his nose. This morning he’s still sounding that way but it kinda sounds like it’s in his chest 😳 have any of you experienced this?? What can I do to help him get the mucus/phlegm out? He doesn’t have a fever, is breathing normally through his nose. I think just the sound of it might be bothering me more than it bothers him but I would still like to get rid of it if possible. He’s 8 weeks & 3 days 💙
