Look out for an account where her name is just “🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍” she will tell you it’s fine and that she used it, do not listen to her!
Castor oil is NOT safe! It can kill your baby!
At best, it will give you horrible diarrhea and baby won’t come out.
At worse, it can kill your baby and cause you serious complications.
Don’t risk it!

Reasons not to use castor oil ever during pregnancy:
A prolonged bout of diarrhea can also lead to dehydration, which can be dangerous for both you and the baby. In severe cases, it can cause “neural tube defects, low amniotic fluid, inadequate breast milk production, and even... birth defects.” 
A study conducted in 2009 found that 18% of women in the group that took castor oil, compared to 6% of women in the group that didn’t, had meconium stained water. 
If your cervix isn’t ready for labor, then complications can occur. This is important to be aware of when taking castor oil, because you may be inducing your labor before your body is actually ready. 
In some countries, castor oil is used as a method of abortion in early pregnancy. There are also stories from women back in the 1960s, when abortion was still illegal, who overdosed on castor oil out of desperation not to be found with child. Whether or not it works to abort a baby or not is not officially known, however, still the risk is there. So if you’re thinking of taking castor oil as a laxative in early pregnancy, you must think twice.
One mother in an online forum reported that, after taking castor oil, her daughter went into labor and “was going #2 the whole time, passing gas, and the room stunk to high heaven!” 
Ricin poisoning can be fatal, and symptoms include abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, increased heart rate, seizures, severe dehydration and low blood pressure.
It can kill your baby .
Please don’t take it hun 🧡 it does more harm than good .

It can make baby poop in utero and aspirate it and that is very dangerous.

Castor Oil is taken to stimulate contractions but it can stress the baby which is NOT good! It can cause diarrhea for both both mother and baby.. if baby poops in the womb it can breath it in which is also NOT good! It can also cause dehydration in the mother which again you could probably guess is not a good thing for mom or baby! 
Always, always, always talk with your OB/doctor before doing or trying anything!! If you are to the point of induction your dr can do it safely!

Even if you hear more stories about it turning out ok than it not being ok, it’s not worth it.
Even that 1% risk is never good enough.
I tried it with my last pregnancy because I never knew the risks. I was young and dumb.
Now 8 years later I cannot believe I ever did it.
Scares the shit out of me.
All I got out of it was massive painful diarrhea and no labor.
Just the diarrhea alone is not worth it.
You can become dehydrated and cause even more problems.

It works too well. It has a very high chance to make your baby poop, and they can breath that in, causing major respiratory issues. Even if baby doesn't die, you're still going to have to watch your child live with lung damage.
