Pregnancy symptoms come and go?

Hi Ladies,

I’m currently 6w4d pregnant.

Yesterday I had this weird discharge. It was only a tiny bit and went away. I don’t have it today.

I have on/off cramps but they’re nothing major or sore so I think it’s growing pains.

I woke up this morning and I had morning sickness but I feel a little more energised and boobs are no where near as sore as they have been. They’re still tender.

Anyway I’m freaking out. Please put my mind at ease. I know i might be stupid but I had an ectopic in July and another loss would just suck.

I had an Ultrasound on 21st September and we saw baby’s heart beat and everything looked good. 111bpm
